Your house will be listed on Century 21, Realtor, Google, YouTube, Zillow, Trulia, Facebook, and Instagram. Together we will determine if a Brokers Only Open House, Public Open House or other advertising avenues are right for your listing and if so I will begin those campaigns right away.

When the offers to purchase come in, I will begin negotiations to get you the highest price and best terms. Once we have a signed offer, I will continue to work for you making sure we get through the closing steps and to the closing table as quickly and smoothly as possible. - If applicable, confirm with other agent that buyer made loan application
- Provide Closer with Purchase Agreement and all addenda
- Provide Closer seller information as requested by closer
- Contact the other agent to ask for regular updates
- Verify appraisal has been ordered
- Coordinate Closing Date with Closer
- Verify Power of Attorney completed, if applicable.
- Notify seller about closing place and time
- Assure closer is aware of any needed repairs
- If applicable, order Home Owner Warranty
- Schedule and confirm Final Walk-Thru with other agent and seller
- Confirm the closing date, location, and time
- Touch base with other agent to confirm closing date, location, and time
- Attend the Closing with you
- Bring the good faith deposit funds to closing if applicable
- Pick up sign from yard
- Remove lock box from property and bring keys to the closing
