ShrevePride says that their mission is to provide diverse, inclusive, affordable, safe spaces that are created with the LGBTQ+ community in mind. They currently put on 2 events each April, "Field Gay" and "Q-Prom". Field Gay is a day at the park full of sports competitions and games. It's a family friendly event designed to foster community and teamwork. You'll also find some vendors and food. Q-Prom is an annual themed party for LGBTQ+ and anyone else who wants to join in and enjoy live music, dancing, performances and opportunity to make more friends.
