Housing Market Update 03/22/21

Hey guys it's Melanie with Century 21 Elite we're going to talk about what's happening in our local real estate market.

So last week we had 90 houses get listed for sale.
We had 151 houses get offers accepted on them so those are now pending.
And last week we had 98 closings that took place so those are our solds.

In total right now there are only 837 houses available for sale in the entire Northwest Louisiana area, so if you are looking to sell this is the time for sure!
