Housing Market Update March 29 2021

Hey guys it's Melanie with Century 21 elite and we're going to talk about what's happening in our local real estate market.

So last week we had 179 houses get listed for sale but we had 173 houses that got offers accepted on them so those are now pending. And out of those 51 had just been listed that seven days. And we had 96 closings that took place so those are our SOLD!

Right now in the entire Northwest Louisiana area there are 834 homes available for sale and when we talked last Monday there were 837 homes available available for sale. So we haven't moved very much despite 179 houses coming up available for sale.
